This artist is just amazing. I first noticed her work in Imagine Fx and it stood out immediately from anything else. I just love the colour use in this and the rest of her portfolio is just as breathtakingly brilliant.

I love the way she captures mood and personality. Her character designs are brilliant.

My first post. So….

I’m going to start off  by saying The Runaways was a surprisingly good film.

Finally I’m gettin around to watching all those films I have been meaning to. After hearing from a few friends that it was good i decided to give it a go. Pretty glad I did. Was interesting to see how the first girls in rock made it. They made it okay for girls to play guitars and rock just as much as men.

Plus I think I’m now gonna be a rockstar. I mean I don’t have a great singing voice but I used to play guitar so…you never know.  Kristen Stewart also looks too much like Joan Jett, its a little bit weird. I think Dakota Fanning did really well in this role. Showing the decline of Cherie Currie as she spiralled into drug abuse.

I know what your thinking. Watching this should not make me want to be a rockstar, as it pretty much shows the rise and dramatic fall of The Runaways. But it still looks so epically awesome touring the country and partying everynight.

Who could say no to that?
